On KOALA - the KIT online platform for learning in the workplace (find here: KOALA), the e-learning module “Digital Leadership” focuses on the topic of leadership in hybrid settings. At the same time, we offer you an agile learning journey with which we would like to accompany you in small learning units, with professional support and collegial exchange.

In this session, we will dive deeper into the first chapters of the e-learning: “Situational leadership”, ‘Motivation’ and “Trust”. We will clarify possible questions and discuss specific examples/challenges from day-to-day management.

Please complete the chapters “Introduction”, “Situational leadership”, “Motivation” and ‘Trust’ in the e-learning “Digital Leadership” on KOALA in preparation for our appointment.
