Health promotion is one way of creating a win-win situation for all parties in the long term. For this reason, we offer various courses and workshops at different stages of life.
Family courses
During pregnancy, you can take part in the Yogilates course, an online course that combines elements of yoga and Pilates and provides back relief, mobility, correct posture and breathing. You can join the course at any time and you can always book 10 units, which can be used within 3 months of booking.
In the Family Adventure workshop, you will learn about the highs and lows of the first weeks and months with your new roommate, the balancing act between being good parents and still remaining a loving couple, personal stress factors and much more.
Mindfulness and relaxation courses
For more harmony and serenity in stressful everyday life, you can take part in the online course A Little Break. In 5 sessions, you will have the opportunity to try out various practical exercises and methods that will help you to let go of stress, anxiety and worries.
The Progressive Muscle Relaxation online course is ideal for preventing and reducing stress. Consciously tensing and relaxing certain muscle groups can lead to a state of deep relaxation in the body.
In the online workshop Ways to More Serenity, you will learn the basics of mindfulness and some mindfulness exercises that will help you to live more consciously and that you can incorporate directly into your daily routine.
