Online Yogilates Course for Women Going Through Hormonal Changes
Yogilates, a combination of yoga and Pilates, helps to support hormonal balance, reduce stress and increase general well-being. Experience the positive effects of exercise at every stage of life and feel good all round. Yoga and Pilates can also provide valuable support, especially during pregnancy. Yoga helps you to relieve pressure on your back, stay flexible and prepare for the birth through correct breathing and posture. Pilates relaxes, strengthens and ensures good posture. A stable pelvic floor is essential for well-being during and after pregnancy and during periods of hormonal changes. Yogilates exercises aim to strengthen the pelvic floor, which not only makes childbirth easier, but also supports postnatal recovery and is beneficial during the menopause.
