Coaching
Coaching is professional advice, guidance and support for people with management or leadership tasks. Coaching focuses on personal development and reflection on one's own leadership role. The focus is on questions and concerns that arise from leadership tasks and the leadership role. In coaching, you create solutions, recognize resources and newly gained leeway. Coaching is a time-limited process. The content of a coaching session is absolutely confidential.

Use a one-off coaching session for your issue. We guarantee you an online coaching session within the next 5 working days. The session is free of charge for you.

You want to gather your thoughts and make the right decisions quickly. You find yourself in a confusing situation, with a multitude of different questions about your leadership role. You seem to have tried everything. Take advantage of a one-off coaching session to sort out your situation or work out a specific question from your unclear needs.
What do you need to do?
- There are two external coaches available for you to choose from: Christine Weber(e-mail) and Germán Augusto Barona(e-mail).
- You contact your chosen external coach by e-mail and receive an appointment proposal for the next 5 working days within 24 hours.
- You make a binding appointment with your chosen coach (online or in person by arrangement).
- Every coaching session is confidential and subject to professional secrecy
- DE PEBA covers the costs of the coaching session.
- You do not need to inform DE PEBA or obtain your manager's consent.

Coaching process with several sessions
Use several coaching sessions for a process of reflection and change. In a brief consultation, we will specify your concerns and discuss the framework conditions.

You feel increasingly powerless and unable to act. The simultaneity of important issues, different demands and challenging employees drains all your energy at the end of the day. Create inner distance, use your room for maneuver and become self-effective for your goals. Take advantage of systemic coaching to gradually regain your strength.

What do you need to do?

- We have a pool of experienced external coaches who are familiar with the KIT. Based on our experience and the outcome of our discussion, we will match you with an external coach.
- A coaching process lasts approximately 6 months and involves 3 - 8 appointments.
- You need the consent of your manager.
