Collegial Coaching - Leadership in Dialogue

As managers and executives, you meet in small groups (max. 8 people) on approx. 4 dates per year for 1.5 - 3 hours to advise each other and discuss everyday management issues. The groups can be mixed or within one organizational unit. An experienced facilitator will support you with scientific models and proven concepts.

Main topics and target groups:

  • Leadership in transition: Challenges such as remote working and hybrid teams for all managers and executives.
  • Leadership in academia: for professors.
  • Lateral leadership: For people with leadership experience without disciplinary responsibility (e.g. doctoral supervisors, project managers).
