Systemic moderation in a scientific context
This training program is aimed at employees who need moderation skills for their daily work, e.g. science managers and knowledge managers, officers of the Executive Board, the departments or the KIT centers or employees of the offices of the KIT centers or the KIT faculties.
The course teaches basic theories and methods of systemic moderation in a scientific context. The training comprises 3 modules, a practical phase and a further collegial consultation.

Zielgruppe
Das Weiterbildungsprogramm richtet sich an Mitarbeiter/innen die Moderationskompetenzen für ihre tägliche Arbeit benötigen z.B. Wissenschaftsmanager/innen, Referent/innen des Präsidiums, der Bereiche bzw. der KIT-Zentren oder Mitarbeiter/innen der Geschäftsstellen der KIT-Zentren bzw. der KIT-Fakultäten.

Zertifikat
Bei der Teilnahme an mind. 80 % der Weiterbildung und der schriftlichen Reflexion der Praxisphase erhalten die Teilnehmenden das Zertifikat Systemische*r Moderator*in im Wissenschaftskontext.

The course comprises 3 modules of 2 days each.
A minimum number of 8 participants is required.
Program fees: 750,- €. (only available for KIT employees)
The program fees will be invoiced after the start of the program.
