In this exciting phase, we are currently offering you two different programs and a family network:
Pregnancy Compensation Pool
Any disadvantages for the organizational units are to be offset by the compensation pool. Disadvantages may arise due to pregnancies or vacancies among employees (e.g. in the laboratory).
Parental Leave Guidance Program
The family adventure begins and we would like to accompany you. The parental leave guidance program offers you support in all matters relating to becoming a parent. It is an offer to promote and realize the compatibility of career and family within the framework of equal opportunities at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
"What applications do I need to prepare?" "When do I have to register my parental leave?", "When do I come back?", "How do I take parental leave as a dad-to-be?", "How does child benefit work?" etc.? We ask ourselves these and many more questions when we think about the new phase of our lives. Would you like to start your maternity leave and subsequent parental leave well prepared?
