The platform gives you access to an extensive pool of caregivers. In addition to babysitters, you can also search for nannies, child care providers, or temporary grandmas—depending on your needs. Various search criteria, such as availability or language skills, make it easier to find a caregiver who meets your individual requirements
Personalized and Flexible
You decide for yourself what kind of care you need. By creating your own free profile, you can describe your care needs and personal requirements and search specifically for suitable caregivers. You can then easily get in touch with them directly through the platform.
Security and Transparency
The platform carries out both automated and manual verification checks to help ensure the quality and reliability of user profiles. In addition, caregivers can provide information about their qualifications, first-aid training, and other relevant credentials, allowing parents to gain an initial overview before making contact.
Free for KIT Employees
Registration and use of the Babysitter Service, including the posting of childcare requests, are free of charge for KIT employees. The platform does not charge any registration, placement, or usage fees.The costs for childcare services are agreed upon directly between the parents and the caregiver and must be covered by the parents.
How does the HalloBabysitter Babysitter Service work?
When you register, you can create a childcare request that matching caregivers can respond to. HalloBabysitter also suggests suitable caregivers based on your requirements.Communication takes place through the platform’s internal messaging system. You can also view caregivers’ phone numbers and contact them directly.
Are the caregivers employed by HalloBabysitter?
No. The HalloBabysitter Babysitter Service is primarily intended to facilitate contact between users. The employment and payment of caregivers are not part of the scope of services.
HalloBabysitter provides you with sample employment contracts and checklists to simplify the hiring process, when needed. Optionally, the platform can also handle the administrative processing of the part-time job.
