Successful Onboarding – Designing a Warm Welcome for New Employees

Tuesday, 23 February 2027, 10:30-12:00
online (an access link will be sent shortly before the event)

A successful start is crucial for the motivation, retention, and performance of new employees. As a manager or designated contact person, it’s important for you to know how to design onboarding processes that are both effective and respectful—from preparation through the first few days on the job to successful integration into the team.

In this session, you’ll receive concise, practical suggestions, new methods, and insights to help you reflect on your current onboarding process and promote the structured integration of new employees. Following a brief presentation, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and delve deeper into the topic through group discussion.

Target Audience: All individuals responsible for onboarding processes

Language: English

A basic knowledge of English is required. If necessary, discussion sessions can also be conducted in German.

This event can count toward the KIT Leadership Certificate.
