On KOALA - the KIT online platform for learning in the workplace (find here: KOALA), the self-learning module “Digital Leadership”, focuses on the topic of leadership in hybrid settings. At the same time, we offer you an agile learning journey with which we would like to support you in small learning units, with professional support and peer-to-peer exchange.

In this session, we will dive deeper into the topics of “Leadership Communication”, “Orientation & Structural Clarity”, “Two Scenarios” and “Self-Care”, clarify possible questions and discuss specific examples/challenges from everyday leadership situations.
