Acting with emotional intelligence—whether in a conversation, a meeting, or a decision—means being more aware, thoughtful, and composed, both with yourself and in your interactions with others. That requires exploring the full spectrum of our emotions, understanding them, and accepting them as they are—or rather, as we are. Am I as empathetic as I think? How do I come across to others? How can I tell what someone else is feeling, and how do I respond? How do emotions influence my leadership?

You are invited to step into an interactive and playful learning space, where you can expand your perspective on yourself and your emotional world as a leader. Dive into the cosmos of human emotions and discover new ways to foster cooperation, strengthen collaboration, and lead with impact
