Everyone, no matter the age, social class, gender or education holds unconscious beliefs that primarily serve as a filter and categorization to the magnitude of information we receive every moment. Consequently, our brain automatically uses mental shortcuts to complete missing information about the world around us, including our colleagues, boss or employees.
