In this leadership-workshop, you will learn how scientific findings and practical methods can be combined to strengthen cooperation in diverse and international teams. You will learn to value different perspectives, expand intercultural skills, and promote inclusive structures. The goal is to use diversity as a resource and establish respectful, cooperative interaction in an academic context.

In addition to the content-related part, the focus is on exchange in order to jointly learn about new methods and ideas related to the topic.
