This short leadership-workshop introduces the GROW model of coaching (Goal, Reality, Options, Will) as a practical structure for managers to use in such conversations. Through the structured GROW framework, supported by skillful questioning techniques, you will learn how to coach your employees in a way that encourages reflection and builds trust.

The event can be credited toward the KIT Leadership Certificate.
