In this leadership-workshop, you will design your own team retreat—tailored to your goals, team dynamics, and framework conditions. The focus is on practical planning: from clarifying goals to designing the process to transfer. A short, interactive introduction to the art of effective team breaks.

• Overview of success factors for successful retreats
• Reflection on your own experiences with retreats (What works? What doesn't?)
• Ideas for the structure, dramaturgy, and methods of a retreat
• Space to develop an individual retreat concept
• Peer feedback in the group: Feedback and ideas from other participants
• 1001 tips on good formats and typical pitfalls
