Job crafting is about shaping your own work through small but targeted adjustments to better align with individual preferences and needs. By consciously shaping our roles and adapting tasks, we can create a more inclusive working environment and bridges to integration. Job crafting thus becomes a tool, not only to better realise individual potential, but also to create an environment that values the uniqueness of all employees. Inclusion through job crafting is therefore not only an individual pursuit of professional professional satisfaction, but also a collective step towards a towards a working world characterised by respect, appreciation and mutual support.

Interested individuals are warmly invited to our 2-hour workshop to gain insight into job crafting! In this workshop, we will present the background and dimensions of job crafting and dive directly into some practical exercises. The number of participants is limited to 50 people (minimum number of participants: 10).
