Qualification Program Leadership at KIT 

 

This program helps you shape your leadership role in a future-oriented and effective way. It offers practical insights, space for reflection, and concrete tools for your daily leadership tasks.

 

Target Group: Young Investigators, Junior Professors and Professors

Start: June 11, 2026

End: December 2nd, 2026

Language: English 

 

 

The program is divided into two parts:

• Basic Program: The Basic Program consists of six days, spread over six months and is booked as a complete package. It covers essential leadership topics and introduces KIT-specific leadership tools.

• Advanced Program: The Advanced Program offers a variety of leadership modules that can be booked individually. Depending on your experience and current needs, you can select the modules that best fit your situation.
